The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the burger and chips. The location was perfect, with easy access to London and close proximity to Heathrow Airport.

The room was a bit cramped, with a small window, made it feel a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom facilities were also a bit inconvenient, with shared showers and toilets down a set of stairs.
